I now own five fuzz pedals this is by far the best one after 35 years of playing this pedal is exactly what I’m looking for it is a fantastic pedal the foot switch is done right the knob is right the jacks are correct it’s it’s worth every single penny yeah.

  2. AllegedlyMichael

The Sabbathi is pure tonal devastation and it’s punishing to core. The Sabbathi is the most brutalist pedal I’ve ever and will ever own. This is a must have pedal for anyone interested in doom, stoner, drone, sludge etc.

  3. Troy Fazzio

The Sabbathi pedal is one devastating Fuzz Pedal,
I own all of the pedals that Steve offers thus far,
I can honestly say every single one of them is unique and sounds superb!
Could not be happier with his entire collection of pedals!

  4. Jacob Taylor (verified owner)

It’s Dopethrone in a box. How could you want more?

  5. DoomCheese3

An absolute monster of a pedal. It’s exactly what I needed to dial in my tone for the Monolord songs I’ve been practicing. If you’re like me and can’t afford those other pedals that will provide this sound just do yourself a favor and grab the Sabbathi. It’s priced right and looks wayyyy better. Your ears and wallet will thank you.

  6. Brice (verified owner)

Heavy heavy heavy and sharp! Simplify your pedal board, One pedal for an immediate blast!
    Save yourself money and
hours with multiple pedals setup to get what the sabbathi delivers!

  7. Andy (verified owner)

Any wizard worth their salt has this on their board. This is for true believers who churn the cauldron of slime in praise of the Old Gods.

  8. Joe O (verified owner)

Thick, thick thick. A nice bomb to drop when needed. Nicely done..

  9. Grant (verified owner)

This pedal is an absolute beast! I honestly really dig the one knob functionality, less is better and Steve makes his pedals just right. Artwork is amazing! Besides the pedal, wanna give a shout-out to Steve for answering questions, for responding to customers and being really down to earth. Will be a customer for life, fuzz life! 🤘🏻

  10. Darren (verified owner)

Glorious sounds from the depths with the Sabbathi. It does it all. I simply love this pedal and just look at that art work. Knocked it out of the park.

  11. Bryan

Straight up this is one of the best pedals I’ve ever owned. The bottom end is true to the original but the fuzz hits hard in its own distinct way. I’ve been playing for about two hours since it arrived, both thru both a Orange Rockerverb on beak up clean as well as a Laney AOR at “Windhand settings” and it fucking melts. A must own pedal for the fuzz and doom fans, no equal.

  12. Brhauk’holy

SABBATHI is literally fire ! 🔥☠️
Are you free enought to light your dire with it ? 😈

  13. Tyler Alcantar (verified owner)

Of the 3 fuzz pedals I currently own, this one really provides something different. This is without a doubt the heaviest fuzz I have ever heard or played with, it’s just fantastic. Superb build quality, amazing artwork and top notch sound. A+

  14. Devon (verified owner)

    Fucking rules.

  15. Vic Viola (verified owner)

Just fired mine up for the first time. Les Paul into the Sabathi into an Egnater head into an Orange 2 x 12. Holy shit! Pure evil destruction!! If you are looking for SUNN O)) doom tone in a pedal. Look no further. A+.
    Thank you!!

    Vic

  16. Stewart Gallacher (verified owner)

This is a superb sounding pedal with very high build quality that I would recommend. I’m really impressed by the tone, and by how quiet the pedal is when you’re not playing, despite having a thick, rich, heavy tone with loads of sustain. This was my first Does It Doom pedal, but will not be my last. Really wonderful product.

  17. Rob.H (verified owner)

    Prepare to meet thy Doom.
    This pedal slays.
    Doom or be Doomed !

  18. Chris

This is now my favorite pedal on my board. I love the single knob approach: this pedal does one thing, and it does it very, very well. If you want crushing, heavy doom tones, then stomp it on and you’re done instantly. I have one other fuzz pedal, with way more options and versatility. Could I dial in the same of heavy that Sabbathi cranks out? Maybe. Do I want to spend hours tweaking it? Not really. When I want brutal doom, Sabbathi is the end of the story. Very impressed with build and sound quality.

  19. Mark McInnis

As fuzzed as it gets and I love it!

  20. Alistair Clark

I hope this fuckin world fuckin burns away

  21. JPA (verified owner)

This pedal sounds absolutely massive. It is the heaviest sounding fuzz out of the ~20 fuzz pedals I’ve had an opportunity to play over the years. Additionally, it is surprisingly super quiet – almost no noise – when you’re not playing. Definitely the best pedal I’ve ever played for super heavy doom. Would give it 6 stars if I could.

  22. Gianluca Becuzzi (verified owner)

I’m a fan of Superfuzz and Hyperfuzz. But until today I didn’t have this kind of fuzz in one knob format. It is a pleasure to find such a beautiful sound in a pedal with such immediate and satisfying use. Great!

  23. Jordan (verified owner)

This pedal slays! If you are looking for that Electric Wizard Dopethrone guitar tone then look no further. This pedal has a gnarly crushing tone that is heavier than a black hole. Simple one knob level control and an internal trim pot for gain adjustment are all you need with this pedal. I play a lot of doom metal music so I use mine quite a lot as it is great for that style. And the badass Dopethrone tribute artwork just completes the awesomeness of this pedal.

  24. severalbeans (verified owner)

I’ve tried a lot of pedals billed as -in-a-box, but none has delivered like the Sabbathi. Once I switched my other pedals off it really came into its own, utterly nailing the early Electric Wizard sound. So heavy and an unprecedented (in my experience) amount of low end from a dirt pedal. I’m still learning how to get the most from it, even though it only has one knob! Great pedal and a keeper for sure.

  25. Wheels (verified owner)

    THE WIZARD!
That Hyper-Fuzz sound you hear in your dreams? Doesn’t just have to be your dreams anymore pal…
Faithful to hyper fuzz pedals used by Electric Wizard, The Sabbathi will put your right where you need to be to nail those Wizardy tones…or just use the one knob to create the doom drone sludge stoner fuzz tone of your dreams! Can’t go wrong with this pedal!

  26. Jesus Herrera (verified owner)

I was always looking for a fuzz with a unique and brutal tone and I found that on the Sabbathi. Without a doubt one of the best pedals out there. It worth every penny.

  27. Chris (verified owner)

Seriously blew me away! Greatest fuzz ever for baritone guitar.

  28. Josh (verified owner)

The Sabbathi is the perfect doom machine. It’s dirtier than that old VHS I found under grandpa’s bed! It has tons of grit and low end without getting too muddy. I love it.

  29. MaybeJason (verified owner)

I own 3 Fuzz pedals and this one is always in rotation. It sounds really close to the FZ-2 but “screams” a little more. Not sure the technical term for it but it just has a scarier sound. I like the Electric Wizard sound and this pedal delivers.

  30. getfuzzed_ (verified owner)

    T H I C K T H I C K DEEP F U Z Z.
You should have thia around for most of every occasion. Killer pedal, nicely done!

  31. Chodey Foster (verified owner)

This pedal sounds amazing and is incredibly easy to use. I prefer this to my boss FU-2!

  32. Gabrl (verified owner)

The SABBATHI pedal is fucking awesome!!! I had plans on buying a Boss FZ at one point then found out DOES IT DOOM was including its version in a one knob format… I was sold! Not only are the art work and materials used to make this pedal killer… The sound is a perfect recreation and as DOOM as they come! Definitely stands out in my FUZZ collection! Thank you Steve for the added goodies in the box as well! To many more!

  33. The Izzy (verified owner)

Fuzz is life. I swore by the Boss FZ-2 Hyper Fuzz. Most clones always came short…
With only one knob the Sabbathi blows them all out!
This pedal is simple doomy nastiness!!!
While playing my Baritone or Bass VI guitars this pedal I scare my own self!

  34. Brent (verified owner)

THICC🍑 Octive fuzzzz. This pedal is an absolute beast!! Tuned to B standard the low end is punishing with the right amount of octave in the mix. Make sure to use a dedicated power supply.

  35. Harry (verified owner)

A truly great fuzz pedal. It has a massive amount of low end without sounding muddy or boomy. It has an eq’ed sound right out of the box. Has a perfect fuzz sound without sounding synthy at all. Using it on the Monolord song I am starting to learn and its perfect!
Solar A1.6TBR tuned to B standard into an Orange Micro Dark.

  36. Ryan ODonnell

Was looking for a one knob fuzz. I like to keep it simple and that’s exactly what I got. Thing rips. Plus it has a cool picture of Steve on the front.

  37. Jason

Most ocatva fuzz I’ve played were just noise and and not a good tone. This pedal changed my mind. Awesome full tone and lots of low end. This pedal delivers.

  38. Rev. Witchfinder

I have the original Boss Hyper Fuzz Fz2, but I like more the Sabbathi, it has a darker and much more natural tone. Great great pedal if you are looking for the Wizard or Monolord tone…

  39. Jon Frias (verified owner)

This pedal packs a punch! Amazing price, tone, and low end ability. Perfect for that low and slow sound, and even more upbeat post rock. I love this pedal and company. Sick sound, simplicity, and style, all in one. Cheers!

  40. Ilias (verified owner)

Headbang for hours with this thing, the tone is perfect.

  41. Blake – Aiwass

I own a lot of fuzz pedals. This one is the most essential to my sound. It masterfully recreates the Electric Wizard sound without forcing a guitarist to just play their riffs. It has an incredibly diverse array of sounds and is great for both guitar and bass. This one will never leave my pedal board.

  42. Nick

The Sabbithi has now replaced all my other fuzz pedals. One of the meanest and heaviest pedals I’ve ever heard. AND the added bonus i got my hands on two! The first pedal was lost in the mail for a while. As soon as i hit Steve up he was straight away organising a replacement shipment via dhl express. It arrived in Sydney by the end of that week! A few months later the other one eventually showed up and Steve was a legend and let me give it to a mate! Thanks so much Steve!

  43. Chris Wilkinson (verified owner)

The Sabbathi pedal is absolutely amazing! It has become my go to pedal for that gnarly/nasty bass fuzz tone.

  44. Jesse (verified owner)

This pedal rips so damn hard! I wouldn’t be surprised if my neighbors started smelling pot smoke just from hearing it through the walls. My bass rig is now a crushing heavy juggernaut of annihilation. I think if I crank it past noon the sky might black out from the murder of crows over my house, and the devil may burst out of the ground and start headbanging and pelvic thrusting.

  45. Brian Tetreault (verified owner)

Years ago I had a Boss FZ-2 & as we all do when we get more gear ya gotta thin the heard so I sold the FZ-2 around 2016. I started to get the itch for that pedal again but prices have really gone up on the used market now & some of the versions from other makers have some functions that I’m just not wanting. Now I’ve got the Fuzzcoven & Hypercoven from Does it Doom & Steve’s stuff is too quality with some of the coolest art ever put on pedals. Ever since he released the Sabbathi I’ve been thinking about getting one since I love the sound of the FZ-2s mode two. Once Steve released the super group version of the Sabbathi I ordered it. It just looks so killer with the super group knob. The pedal is simple, one knob & it sounds absolutely awesome! The circuit is based on mode two of the FZ-2 with one knob no extra this or that, that I wouldn’t use. Just what I wanted in a fuzz pedal, looks killer, sounds amazing and it’s straight forward & simple. Couldn’t be happier, the sound of this pedal through my Mesa Mark3 on the drive channel with some reverb sounds absolutely massive. My search for the ultimate fuzz pedal is over, the Sabbathi is it! This pedal is simple but super effective with its one knob.

  46. Ian peedin (verified owner)

This pedal is a solid punch right to the gonads. Perfect for both bass and guitar the Sabbathi is perfect for those who love pure unfiltered fuzz while still having enough clarity to hear what’s actually going on.

  47. Manuel (verified owner)

As soon as I saw this pedal I knew I had to get my hands on it. Electric Wizard is my favorite DOOM band and I love the sound of that Fuzz. I’m glad to say this did not disappoint. I love everything about it and it’s so easy to use!

  48. Marc P (verified owner)

Best fuzz pedal I own. Feels like its going to bring the house down when I kick it on. 10/10 would recommend.

  49. PeteDL

Great pedal and great build. Super heavy. Brutal! Just brutal

  51. Will (verified owner)

This pedal definitely has a big power band of saturated fuzz that gives you excellent, clean boost out of a single pot. I’ve never had such fantastic, crushing early EW tones straight out of the box. Totally surreal for anything mid paced with plenty of thick, barreling chug if you crank it or shimmering, atmo-black post/rock & drones for days if you dial back a little bit and add reverb to suit. Real nice, creamy sludge with 3 string power chords even odd tunings shine harmonically with plenty of room for pinch harmonics etc. I only like to run 1 pedal most times thru my Laney AOR double stack, or a Laney 100 watt solid state thru that newer Marshall Origin 2×12” narrow cab. Looking to try out that The Canyon from Electroharmonics, need different reverb/delay than what’s on the head. Thanks Steve! I want to see the Patreon Play Thru’s etc. this thing rules!

  52. Sebatosh (verified owner)

I’ve been playing with the Sabbathi for almost a year now, both on and off stage, in combination with my 5-string bass. The space around you transforms when you push that button, such a great sound. Love it!

  53. Nate Van Leuven (verified owner)

A pedal worthy of its name! The moment I saw it I knew I needed it. It is my favorite Fuzz tone and I love experimenting with it and other pedals. 100% recommend to anyone who just wants the nastiest tone! If any pedal Dooms, it’s this one.

  54. Norman Mooney

Meanest fuzz I’ve ever tried! Thing fuckin rips, and everyone that I’ve shown has asked about where to get it. Gets a little muddy with full chords, but single notes and power chords are jaw dropping. One of the all time doom pedals in my opinion

  55. JP (verified owner)

The best deepest thickest heaviest fuzz out there!.

  56. Christian French

This thing is absolutely insane! It makes my amp sound like I’m ripping a hole in the universe. I have 5 of the 7 pedals available and love them all. Waiting for Walpurgis and Fuzzcoven to be in stock again so I can scoop those up too.

  57. Chad Brack (verified owner)

I feel like I can finally write an accurate review of the Sabbathi after playing with it for a few weeks. I also have a Green Russian Big Muff, an MXR Super Badass Fuzz, and an Aion FX Rift. I love them all, but I keep finding myself playing the Sabbathi. It’s become the most used pedal I own. It’s just awesome; that’s all there is to it. The Sabbathi has a deep roar that I can’t get with anything else and the octave sounds great. If you’re on the fence about getting this pedal, just do it. You won’t regret the purchase.

  58. Dom (verified owner)

This pedal is Electric Wizard in a box. Crushing fuzz. I can’t help making an evil face when I play through this pedal. It sounds heavy, deep, fuzzed to fuck and evil!! But also balanced, nice clarity! Jammin’ along to Dopethrone with this is my happy place.

  59. Baron Ferenczy (verified owner)

Simply outstanding! This pedal captures Electric Wizard’s Come My Fanatics/Dopethrone era sound perfectly. Worth every cent I invested in it.

  60. Andy Burns (verified owner)

I had been after that EW tone for a long time, trying different combos of pedal to no avail. After getting this pedal I’ve found my one true love! I use this on all the slower Deadroots songs and it always performs. Perfect

  61. Alexander (verified owner)

This pedal is great! I run it through an Orange TH30 and I find it sounds best on the clean channel. It has plenty of spiky, thick, awesome fuzz. This thing sounds like it came straight from hell. I would highly reccomend it to anyone who wants a thick, warm, doom laden tone.

  62. Seba (verified owner)

Does Sabbathi Doom? Oh yes, you can sure of it is. I used (for bass guitar when I play live and for both, guitar and bass when I’m recordnig my stuff) the Behringer SF300 because it’s great and chepa copy of classic FZ2. But when a plastic enclousre broke down I bought Sabbathi and maaaan…
This is the sound of Electric Wizard in one small and beautiful box. My bass guitar now sounds like brutal bulldozer. Best pedal I own

  63. Chris (Narruc) Curran

This was the very first of the five Does it Doom pedals that I own. For me, it was the beginning of an addiction, these pedals are the best of anything!!!🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼

  64. Steve T. (verified owner)

It’s hard to describe this without using words like devastating, massive sounding, doomy as all hell and a fuzz like no other. It’s probably the most unique pedal I have and may be my favorite from this entire line. 6 stars easy.
